As part of our Inspire Series of talks we welcomed Dr Ciara Deehan (OC2012). Ciara shared with students and staff her journey after Colyton Grammar School, studying Dentistry at the University of Bristol, and her working practice in Exeter.
Ciara highlighted that she enjoyed studying a balance of Science and Arts at A Level, and how she still enjoyed painting. She was surprised at the addition of a new House ‘Elm’ but was certain that ‘Ash’ was still the best house (as an Ash girl herself)!
It is wonderful to have alumni visit school, and to see them reminisce about their school days with their teachers. We are extremely grateful for their time and the remarkable support they offer our students.
