Caitlin R (OC2020) is making the most of her time at Durham University, with a trip to CERN in Geneva earlier this month. She said: “Those who know me from secondary school or university have probably heard me talk about particle physics and CERN way too many times. so it was a very exciting opportunity for me. It was an absolute dream to get a guided tour around the campus, including round its expansive data centre and impressive Antimatter Factory.”
Caitlin studied Maths, Further Maths, Physics, Chemistry and EPQ at Colyton Grammar School. She is now studying for a BSC at Durham University in Natural Sciences with Maths and a placement year. Awarded the BP Future Talent Scholarship 2023.
